Baha Connect Terms of Service & Privacy
​At Baha Connect, we keep things simple, honest, and fair. Here’s how we work:
1. Your Privacy Matters
We only collect what we need to provide your service:

Email

Phone number

Business name (if needed)
Your info stays safe and offline — never sold, never shared. Want it deleted? Just ask and we’ll remove it.
2. Payments & Deposits

Websites & Design: 20% deposit before we start

Google Services & IT Support: Some services may need full payment upfront

Pay by direct deposit (Scotia Bank or RBC Bahamas) or cash
3. Revisions & Changes

You get 2 free revisions per project

Extra changes: $20 BSD each
-
Each extra change may add 1–3 days to the timeline
4. Cancellations & Abandoned Projects

Cancel before work starts for a full refund

If work has started, deposits are non-refundable

If we don’t hear from you for 30+ days, your project is marked abandoned (a $50 BSD restart fee applies)
5. Showing Off Our Work
We love celebrating our work — and your success. Finished projects may appear in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
6. Service Notes

Ad Campaigns: Budgets go directly to the ad platform (Google, Facebook, etc.)

Hardware Orders: Must be prepaid

Google Services: Monthly fees can be cancelled with 7 days’ notice; setup fees are non-refundable
